At present we only ship to the United States and Canada.
We ship our orders using USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are given with each order.
Shipping cost is 7.50 on all orders up $99. Orders $100 and over ship for free!
Orders will generally be shipped within 3 business days. Be aware that COVID-19 situations out of our control can cause shipping delays. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and another email when your order ships, along with the tracking number for your package.
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item, please call us at (575) 523-2000, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving it, and we will do our absolute best to make it right, and cover any related shipping costs.
Returns or Exchanges
We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied and need to return or exchange an item, these are our policies:
We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days and refund your original payment. Items must be unopened, and fabric in new condition. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Your return must include a copy of your receipt, your order number, your shipping address, and a phone number where we can reach you.
If you want to exchange an item, please contact us at the shop with your order number, and tell us what you would like in exchange. We will set the item aside, and ship it once we receive the return.
You are responsible for cost of shipping the item to be exchanged back to us, but we will cover the shipping cost for sending back the new item for one time only.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use USPS Priority Mail for most shipping. Extra large or unusually sized orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
We do not accept returns on books, patterns, embroidery designs, or sale items.
Our fabrics are all 100% cotton, unless otherwise indicated. Directions vary by manufacturer, but in general washing on a permanent press cycle or gentle cycle in cold water is fine.
