Returns or Exchanges
We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied and need to return or exchange an item, these are our policies:
We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days, and refund your original payment, minus shipping charges if applicable. Items must be unopened, and fabric in new condition. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Your return must include a copy of your receipt, your order number, your shipping address, and a phone number where we can reach you.
If you want to exchange an item, please contact us at the shop with your order number, and tell us what you would like in exchange. We will set the item aside, and ship it once we receive the return.
You are responsible for cost of shipping the item to be exchanged back to us, but we will cover the shipping cost for sending back the new item for one time only.
We cannot accept returns on patterns, books, embroidery designs, or sale items. These sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
