Perfect for confident beginners ready to advance, this class builds on basic free motion techniques and introduces the flow, structure, and rhythm needed to stitch feathers with ease.
At Be Sew Creative, we guide you step-by-step through feather construction, including spine creation, balanced plume shaping, and smooth transitions. You’ll gain practical tips for maintaining consistent spacing, improving stitch control, and troubleshooting common challenges.
This hands-on class provides plenty of practice time so you can develop muscle memory and confidence at the machine. By the end of the session, you’ll be stitching graceful feathers that add movement and sophistication to your quilting projects.
Suppplies Provided By Student
- Sewing Machine and sewing supplies (scissors, thread, needles,etc.)
- Four 18" x 18" quilt sandwiches in light colors
Shipping & Returns
Shipping: For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $100.
Any orders over $100, shipping is free.
Returns: We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days, and refund your original payment, minus shipping charges if applicable. Items must be unopened, and fabric in new condition. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer.
