Fabric & Cut Goods

Because our fabrics and cut-to-order items are customized for each order, we cannot accept returns on any fabric that has been cut, washed, or otherwise altered. Please double-check your measurements before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

Notions, Patterns, & Kits

Items that are unused, unopened, and still in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. All returns must be in resalable condition.

Defective Items

If your order arrives with a defect or if we made an error, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Classes & Workshops

Plans change—we get it! Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a class start time are eligible for a full refund or store credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If we need to cancel a class, you’ll receive a full refund. Because a lot of planning and instructor requirements go into these events, we appreciate advance notice if you can’t attend.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items, gift cards, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit, return shipping fees will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
