Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate notification with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping of $10 on orders under $100.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

In-Store Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order? We offer free local pickup at:
1601 E Lohman Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88001

Select local pickup at checkout, and your order will be ready within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification with pickup instructions once it’s ready.

Pickup hours:

• Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Shipping Carriers & P.O. Boxes

Most orders ship via USPS. We are able to ship to P.O. boxes using USPS.

For sewing machines or larger freight shipments, a physical street address is required for delivery via UPS or FedEx.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

If your order has not arrived within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@besewcreative-nm.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
