Our sewing machine experts are here to make sure you never miss a stitch. Whether you need help with setup, repairs, or troubleshooting, we provide friendly, reliable support every step of the way.
Our Skilled technicians are qualified to perform warranty service on Bernina, Bernette, & Baby Lock machines.
Brands We Do NOT Service
There are select brands that we unfortunately do not service. Those brands are: Pfaff (electrical machines), Viking (Huscavarna), and industrial machines. All other consumer brands we are more than happy to service for you!
What to Expect
Turn Around Time
- Our technicians work diligently to complete service on your machine. Due to demand and the nature of their work, please allow 1-2 weeks. This time can be shorter, to get an exact estimate on the turn around time for your machine, please reach out!
Appointments
- Scheduling a service appointment gives your machine priority on the scheduled day and will ensure it is ready as soon as possible. To schedule an appointment please call us Tue-Fri: 10am - 5pm, Sat: 10am - 4pm at: 575-523-2000
When Bringing Your Machine In
Bring:
- Foot Pedal & Power Cord
- Standard Presser Foot & Needle Plate (allows for straight stitch or zigzag)
- Bobbin & Bobbin Case
- Leave all other attachments and accessories at home.
- Any additional accessories will be returned to you at the time of drop off. If other accessories are left behind, Be Sew Creative is not responsible for them.
For Embroidery Machines:
- Bring all the above attachments
- The Embroidery Module and Embroidery Presser Foot
- Embroidery Bobbin Case (if applicable)
- Embroidery Hoop (Small or Medium)
